Welcome to The Secret Place, a digital sanctuary operated by TSP Ministries LLC (“we,” “us,” “the Ministry”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using The Secret Place
The Secret Place is offered for personal, prayerful, and devotional use. You agree to use it in a way that is consistent with its purpose and that respects others in the community. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
Your account
You sign in using Google or an email sign-in link. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. You may request deletion of your account at any time from your Account page.
Community conduct
Parts of The Secret Place — such as the prayer wall, live chat, and testimonials — let you share with others. When you participate, you agree not to:
- post unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content;
- impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
- spam, advertise, solicit, or disrupt the experience for others;
- share content you do not have the right to share.
We may review, moderate, hide, or remove content, and may suspend accounts, to protect the community and the prayerful character of this space.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting community content, you give the Ministry permission to display and distribute it within the app for the purpose of operating these features. (As described in our Privacy Policy, the words you share in The Sanctuary are never stored.)
Faithful Supporter subscription
You may choose to support the Ministry by becoming a Faithful Supporter. By subscribing, you agree that:
- the subscription is a recurring charge that renews automatically until you cancel;
- payment is processed by Stripe under its own terms;
- you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page;
- support is a gift to the Ministry and is not a tax-deductible charitable donation (TSP Ministries LLC is an LLC, not a 501(c)(3) organization);
- except where required by law, payments already made are generally non-refundable.
The core experience of The Secret Place — finding comfort in God's Word — remains free. Supporter benefits are enhancements offered in gratitude for your support.
Not a substitute for professional help
The Secret Place offers spiritual comfort and encouragement. It is not counseling, medical care, or emergency services. If you are in crisis or may be in danger, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional right away.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time, and the app is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Ministry is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
